Cleaning Packages
Take a look at our cleaning packages to find the one that’s right for you. Do you want us to provide extra types of services, not perform some of the listed services or mix and match? No problem! We’re happy to do the cleaning you want. These packages may be purchased for a one-time clean, or if you want us to come back, they can be set up for a recurring basis.
Please note that, for the most part, cleaning packages do not include organizing. Only light pick up is done with the cleaning packages. Attention: Clear Blue Cleaners no longer provides any carpet cleaning services but would happily recommend Northwest Cleaning to meet your needs. More information can be found at their website. Mention Clear Blue Cleaners when you make your appointment and enjoy a $10 discount on any carpet cleaning or ventilation services of $100 or more for any new customers within the Saint Cloud area. Northwest Cleaning has been servicing central Minnesota since 1980 and are proud members of the Better Business Bureau.
Please note that due to the variability of sizes, degree of clutter, dirtiness, unique customer understanding and expectations, etc, Clear Blue Cleaners can not at any time guarantee that we will be able to complete all of the requested services in a package, though we will always try our hardest to do so.
Quick Clean – $45
Good for a quick polishing before entertaining in the home or after a long week at work. The Quick Clean is also a great option for a gift.

The Absolute Clean – $195
This is a good option for a space that is in need of a good scrub-down. Our light carpet cleaning services at an additional $35/hour work as a great compliment to this package.

Move-in/Move-out – $40/hour
This package is geared toward homes or apartments in transition – with little or no furniture – in order to prepare the property for the next inhabitants.

Windows – $45/hour
After a long winter or amidst the chaos of kids, windows are always a problem. We will get them all spotless with this package. Please note, however, that depending on the style of window, our services include the interior side of windows only. The outside of the windows must either be accessible from the inside or ground level with a small step ladder.
Real Estate Preparation Package – Call for Estimate!
Let us help you prepare your home for showing to prospective buyers with our Real Estate Preparation Package! Geared specifically toward improving the look of your home in order to make it more attractive to prospective buyers and fetch you a better price on the sale of your home, this package includes several services.
First we will look at the organization of your home and make changes that will reduce the appearance of clutter making your home appear neater, more open, more spacious and easier to organize.
Second, we will look at the staging of items in your home. (After all, it is a showing, right?) We will help you to arrange furniture in a way that will look more attractive to prospective buyers.
Finally, we will clean your home with an eye to making the space appear neat, tidy, easy to maintain.
Custom clean rate – $35/hour
If these packages don’t work for you, then we charge a flat rate of $35 an hour for anything you might need done, whenever you need it done. We are very happy to accommodate.
