When you purchase a package Clear Blue Cleaners will request information from you to determine whether we can perform the services you requested in the approximate allotted time. If, based upon the information that you give us, we determine that we can not perform the requested services in the allotted time we will advise you of what we believe we can do in that time as well a package level that will allow us time to perform the requested services. Each of Clear Blue Cleaners’ packages has a specific time limit attached.
When we arrive to perform your requested cleaning services we will be able to make a more accurate determination of the condition of the site. At that time we may make further determinations and recommendations about our ability to perform the tasks requested in the allotted time.
Please note that, due to the variability of sizes, degree of clutter and dirtiness, unique customer understanding and expectations, etc, Clear Blue Cleaners can not at any time guarantee that we will be able to complete all of the requested services in a package, though we will always try our hardest to do so.
Our agents will perform the tasks requested in the package first. If we complete the requested tasks before the allotted time has elapsed the agent will continue to perform tasks at higher levels of cleaning, unless otherwise directed by the customer, until the allotted time has elapsed. Our agents may, at their discretion and without any differing direction from the customer, stay and continue to work for a short time after the allotted time has elapsed in order to complete the tasks requested. At no time will any additional time spent beyond the allotted time incur any additional charge without the explicit prior authorization of the customer.

Clear Blue Cleaners reserves the right to refuse to perform any services for any customer for any legal reason. If a customer has already paid for services that Clear Blue Cleaners does not perform, Clear Blue Cleaners will refund the entire amount paid for services not rendered to the customer.
A request for cancellation of services is required no less than 2 calendar days prior to the requested date in order for charges not to be incurred. Cancellations less than 2 calendar days prior to the requested date will incur a $20 service charge. Cancellations on the day of service or failure to provide an agent access to the site will result in the full amount of the service being charged.
Clear Blue Cleaners offers services to residents and businesses in Stearns, Benton and Sherburne counties. An additional $.50 per mile will be added to the final bill, however, for customers living outside Clear Blue Cleaner’s regular service area which includes St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joseph and St. Augusta.
The customer is responsible for understanding the services that they are requesting and providing any specific instructions about how they would prefer services to be performed or requesting undesired services not to be performed. Clear Blue Cleaners will not be held responsible for improperly performed services or for performance of undesired services that we were not specifically advised of.
Different types of clothing can have very different cleaning, drying, pressing and folding/hanging requirements. Because we are not familiar with the requirements of your clothing it is very easy to unintentionally damage clothing. Clear Blue Cleaners will do laundry if requested, though great care must be taken to give us very specific instructions. We will follow your instructions closely, but we can not be held liable for any damages caused by Clear Blue Cleaners performance of any laundry services.
