Information you provide
When you request a quote or contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, service location, cleaning needs, and scheduling preferences. We use that information to respond, prepare a quote, coordinate services, and maintain our business records.
Please do not include payment-card numbers, medical information, access codes, or other sensitive information in a website inquiry. We can arrange an appropriate way to discuss service-access details when needed.
Website operation
Our website and its service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and timestamps, to deliver the site, maintain security, and prevent spam. Our quote forms remain available whether or not you allow optional advertising measurement.
Optional Google Ads measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” we use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which advertisements lead to successful quote requests and clicks on our telephone links. A telephone-link click is not proof that a call connected.
When measurement is allowed, Google may process information such as the page visited, browser and device information, IP address, advertising-click identifiers, cookie identifiers, and the type of action completed. We do not intentionally send the contents of your quote request, including your name, email address, phone number, service address, or message, to Google through our conversion events.
This setup does not enable enhanced conversions or advertising-personalization features. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You may decline measurement and still use our website and request a quote. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” on our website; we remember the choice on that browser for up to 180 days. Changing your choice affects future measurement and does not remove information already processed by Google.
When information is shared
We use service providers to host and operate our website, deliver email, and, when you allow it, measure Google Ads activity. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to protect our business, customers, or website.
We do not sell our customer inquiry lists. We do not use website quote submissions to create remarketing audiences in this measurement setup.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry and service records as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided; some records may need to be retained for legal or business purposes.
