SAINT CLOUD METRO · CLEANING CONSULTING
Consulting and In-House Cleaning Programs
Prefer to keep cleaning in-house? Clear Blue Cleaners sets up and supplies cleaning systems that your own staff can run with confidence, built on more than a decade of commercial cleaning across the Saint Cloud metro.
YOUR TEAM, OUR SYSTEM
A cleaning program your staff can run
Some businesses would rather have their own employees handle cleaning. Even so, without clear routines, the right tools, and a steady supply of products, in-house cleaning can become inconsistent. We build the system behind the work, so your team knows what to clean, when to clean it, and what to use.
Checklists and schedules
Cleaning checklists and schedules built around your facility’s needs, from daily touchpoints to periodic deep cleaning.
Equipment, tools, and products
Recommendations, purchasing, and setup for the equipment, tools, and products that fit your space and your budget.
Hands-on walkthroughs
We walk your team through the systems and practices, so everyone knows how the program works.
Ongoing supply
Ongoing supply of cleaning products and materials at a competitive cost, so your program doesn’t stall when something runs out.
A GOOD FIT FOR
When an in-house program makes sense
In-house programs work well when you already have staff on site and want more control over when and how cleaning happens. Your program can also be combined with scheduled Clear Blue Cleaners visits for deeper cleaning.
- Businesses with custodial or maintenance staff on payroll
- Facilities that need cleaning during business hours
- Organizations setting up a new building or location
- Teams that want consistent standards across shifts
